Anyone who doesn’t know Sommer Ray is likely unfamiliar with popular culture. She outnumbers several major celebs in Instagram popularity. That’s hardly surprising, considering how beautiful she is and how hilarious she is. Plus, she has one of the finest booties on Instagram (and she isn’t shy about showing it).
She provides a welcome respite from the usual turmoil and stress of social media with her humorous and often endearing postings (in which she sometimes features other well-known celebrities and influencers). She also designs her own line of exercise clothes to maintain your fitness centre in style.
You can’t help but like her mother-daughter dynamic, especially because she was right there with her at her very first NPC tournament in 2015, when she was only 16 years old. Similarly beautiful is her mother.
Due to her amazing work ethic, Laura Henshaw, an Australian fitness celebrity, tops our list of the top 10 female fitness models of 2019. As if Laura’s incredible dedication to training and healthy eating weren’t enough, she and her friend and fellow fitness model Steph Claire Smith also wrote a book on body confidence called A Girls Guide to Kicking Goals. Keep it Cleaner, a fitness and healthy eating app they developed together, was the top new release in the Health & Fitness app category. Recently signed to Chadwick Models and featured on the cover of Women’s Health, Laura is a rising star in the modelling industry.
Kayla Itsines, a fitness expert from Australia, is up first. This business-savvy 28-year-old also writes and publishes fitness publications under the brand name “Bikini Body Guides” (BBG). In 2016, her exercise app Sweat with Kayla was downloaded more than any other.
Itsines has amassed a massive online following, with over 12.5 million people following him on Instagram alone. She considers herself to be of Greek descent and was named one of Time magazine’s 30 most influential persons on the Internet.
On this roster, Michelle Lewin is one of the most well-known Instagram fitness models. Originally from Maracay, Venezuela, Michelle entered the world in 1986. That’s right, she’s graced the cover of Playboy before.
She got her start on the catwalk, but at a friend’s urging, she made the transition to bikini modelling.
She decided to spend her time at the gym, shaping her physique, since she enjoyed the physical challenge of bikini modelling. Her body composition changed drastically as she went from weighing 95 pounds to 120 pounds of pure muscle.
Now, fitness publications and supplement firms were flooding her inbox with modelling inquiries.
She competed in many IFBB and NPC events in 2013 and 2014, placing first at the NPC Fort Lauderdale Cup and second in the NPC Southern States.
Her regular exercises and nutritious food are essential to her wellbeing. Sprints, lunges, and lateral raises are the three workouts she values most. She is an advocate of intense workouts that result in substantial perspiration.
To encourage other women to join her in her quest to become healthier and more physically active, she posts Instagram photos of her exercises. Videos of her workouts may be seen on her channel.
Anllela Sagra, a former model in Colombia, is now a dedicated weightlifter. Soon after that (in the early 2010s), she became a household name in the fitness industry after sweeping the board in a number of bodybuilding physical contests.
She has maintained some of the most well-defined and eye-catching abs in the business. Her commitment to strength training as a fitness competitor is very admirable.
